F(aro) returned to music

The "last big summer festival" has once again put Faro on the route of the country's great summer festivals and once again proved that good festivals don't necessarily have to be supported by big brands. The Festival F is the confirmation that the local does it in perfection and that the Algarve isn't only beach.

Here you can also hear good music and not only tourists are welcome: all are. In fact, the F is a festival for the people of Faro, for the Algarve. At least, this is what I felt again this year, on the two of the three days of the great festival of my hometown.

This year the enclosure improved in the sense that the stage of the walls was replaced by the stage Ria, bigger and where everyone could watch the performances that took place there with much more space!

Neither the tertulias or the comedy were left out in what is a family festival while still young, with several stages and styles of music, from soul to house music, going through hip hop or alternative rock. Many big names of Portuguese music have passed by, such as Jorge Palma, Rui Veloso, Carminho, HMB, Orelha Negra, Valete, Miguel Araújo, and many more.

Thank you Faro for making me proud, once again, of being a farense. Until 2018!
